Order of windows change randomly after full screen

When I go to full screen with for example playing a youtube video and return, I find the windows shuffled. It's not the same order I dragged them into, and also not window creation order.
(In another ticket I requested that windows of running apps should also be possible to have a fixed order, like app buttons (and like in Windows), but the ones which would not be pinned would be re-shuffled anyway because of this.)

Fixed #53: fullscreen was incorrectly deleting saved window positions.

Bugfix will come in the next update.
