Bug: Taskbar Disappears When a Window is Maximized

### Taskbar vanishes when maximizing a window (double-click title bar) if Dock auto-hide is on and taskbar is on the bottom
The taskbar disappears when I maximize a window by double-clicking its title bar. This isn't native macOS fullscreen (the green button that kicks the window into its own Space). It's the regular "zoom to fill the screen" that keeps the window where it is.
It only breaks when both of these are true:
**1. Taskbar is set to bottom**
**2. Dock auto-hide is on** (Settings > Desktop & Dock > "Automatically hide and show the Dock")
Turn off Dock auto-hide and the problem goes away. Taskbar stays put even when I maximize a window.
**To reproduce:**
1. Set taskbar position to bottom
2. Turn on Dock auto-hide in System Settings
3. Double-click any window's title bar to maximize it
4. Taskbar is gone
**Windowed App | Taskbar Visible**

**Maximized App | Taskbar Disappeared**

**Maximized App w/ Dock Visible | Taskbar Visible**

**Edit: Issue seems to be specifically with external monitors. Doesn't occur on Macbook air display.**

**My setup:**
1. MacBook Air M2, 8GB RAM
2. USB-C to a StarTech DL7400 dock (DisplayLink)
3. 4x external Spectre monitors at 3840x2160 @ 60Hz
This issue only occurs on external monitors. Not sure if this is for all external monitors or just monitors connect through DisplayLink dock. For what it's worth, uBar and other taskbar apps I've run on this exact setup don't have the issue, so it looks specific to this app rather than DisplayLink in general.
