Mac Taskbar is a digital software product. As such, returns are not accepted once the product has been downloaded or a license key has been delivered.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Refunds are not issued unless:

• A duplicate purchase has been made.
• The product was not delivered due to a technical issue on our side.

Since activation keys are delivered digitally and automatically, orders cannot be canceled after purchase. If you have made an error, contact us immediately. We will review your case on a best-effort basis.

Community names and messages are public. Email addresses are never shown and are stored encrypted. Creating a topic automatically enables reply emails, including replies from Mac Taskbar support. Commenters can select “Notify me of replies” and confirm their address through an email link to receive all replies. Providing an email also allows people across the community to notify you with @mentions, even in conversations you have not subscribed to.

Every reply and mention email includes an unsubscribe link. Confirming it stops both kinds of notification for that conversation and removes the reply subscription. Your encrypted community contact remains available for mentions in other conversations; a private keyed identifier records which conversations you have muted. Public submissions and downloads use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. Historical community authors can appear in mention search even when no email was saved; those mentions cannot send a notification.

The Start menu poll stores your choice, a private browser identifier, and a keyed network identifier to limit duplicate votes. It does not store your raw IP address. A voting cookie lasts up to two years. One vote is allowed per browser and network, so people sharing a network may share a vote. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies submissions.
