Mac Taskbar is a digital software product. As such, returns are not accepted once the product has been downloaded or a license key has been delivered.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Refunds are not issued unless:

• A duplicate purchase has been made.
• The product was not delivered due to a technical issue on our side.

In such cases, please contact support within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to decline refund requests outside these criteria.

Since activation keys are delivered digitally and automatically, orders cannot be canceled after purchase. If you have made an error, contact us immediately. We will review your case on a best-effort basis.

Community names and messages are public. Email addresses are never shown. If you select “Notify me of replies”, we store the address in encrypted form after sending a confirmation link and use it only to notify you about new comments in that conversation, including replies from Mac Taskbar support. You can unsubscribe from any notification email; doing so removes the subscription address.

If you provide an email without selecting reply notifications, it is used only for the immediate private support notification and is not stored with the public conversation. Community forms use Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection.
